Role Description
This full-time remote Junior Business Analyst role involves supporting product and consulting projects by gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements. The Junior Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client objectives, map current business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research, assisting in data analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and helping translate business needs into actionable recommendations. The role also entails participating in client meetings, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of internal tools and practices.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to document needs, define use cases, and support solution design.
Business Process understanding to map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
Communication skills to present findings clearly, collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and contribute in meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment and collaborating across time zones.
Familiarity with AI-driven or digital product environments, and basic knowledge of productivity or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar) is beneficial.
Ability to prioritize tasks, learn quickly, and adapt to changing project needs.
