About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong Figma expertise to join our team on a part-time basis.
You will work closely with our product and development team to design modern, user-friendly mobile and web applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating clean, intuitive, and pixel-perfect user experiences.
Responsibilities
Design mobile application screens in Figma
Create user-friendly and modern UI/UX designs
Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
Build reusable design systems and UI components
Ensure consistency across all screens and platforms
Collaborate with developers for smooth design handoff
Improve existing designs based on feedback
Follow Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Figma
Experience with Auto Layout, Components, and Variants
Good understanding of UX principles
Experience designing Android and iOS applications
Ability to create clean, modern, and production-ready interfaces
Knowledge of typography, color systems, spacing, and iconography
Excellent attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Experience designing marketplace, job portal, HRTech, SaaS, or consumer apps
Experience working with Flutter development teams
Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
Experience with prototyping and micro-interactions
Basic understanding of front-end development is a plus
