WordPress Developer
We are looking for a WordPress Developer who understands performance, SEO, conversion, and user experience, not only visual design.
You should think about page speed, CTA placement, mobile responsiveness, lead capture, and clean website structure. You will take ownership of websites from the initial brief through launch and ongoing improvements.
Website Development
Build WordPress websites from scratch or using suitable themes and page builders.
Customize themes, templates, layouts, reusable sections, blocks, and component libraries based on business requirements.
Create service pages, landing pages, blogs, business websites, and conversion focused website experiences.
Business Growth Engineering
Design pages that support business goals through effective layouts, CTA placement, trust signals, and user journeys.
Set up lead capture flows using forms, WhatsApp, Calendly, booking tools, and CRM integrations such as HubSpot.
Configure GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag where required.
Performance Optimisation
Improve Core Web Vitals, including LCP, CLS, and INP, across desktop and mobile.
Optimise images, scripts, fonts, and plugins. Implement caching, lazy loading, CDN settings, and other practical speed improvements.
Deliver fast, stable, and technically clean websites.
SEO and Technical Setup
Implement SEO friendly page structure, headings, metadata, image alt text, internal linking, canonical URLs, and schema markup.
Configure Rank Math or Yoast SEO correctly across the website.
Ensure websites are crawlable, indexable, secure, and ready for search engines.
AI Search and GEO
Help improve the discoverability of website content in AI search experiences such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Copilot.
Structure content with clear topics, entities, definitions, summaries, FAQs, and authoritative information.
Implement relevant structured data such as FAQ Schema, How To Schema, and organisation or service schema.
Stay informed about modern search, entity SEO, and AI search best practices. No one can guarantee AI citations, but the goal is to make content clear, useful, well structured, and easier for search systems to understand.
UI, Responsiveness, and Maintenance
Build polished layouts using Elementor or similar page builders.
Maintain consistent spacing, typography, alignment, and responsiveness across all screen sizes.
Manage plugin updates, backups, site health, layout issues, plugin conflicts, DNS, hosting, SSL, and domain related tasks when required.
Required Skills
WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, responsive design, speed optimisation, SEO friendly development, plugin integrations, lead capture forms, schema markup, and GEO fundamentals.
Experience with ACF, WooCommerce, GTM, GA4, HubSpot CRM, Cloudflare, CDN configuration, UI and UX, B2B websites, and entity SEO will be an advantage.
