Role Description The Project Manager Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting client projects across consulting, technology, and media initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in project planning, tracking timelines and deliverables, and coordinating communication between internal teams and clients. The intern helps with documentation, status reports, and follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and potential risks are identified early. The role also involves supporting resource coordination, gathering project requirements, and contributing to process improvements to enhance project efficiency. This internship offers exposure to multiple industries and functions, providing practical experience in project coordination and modern business operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Expediting to help manage and follow up on project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to support planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to assist with quality checks, validation of outputs, and ensuring project standards are met.
Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management to help coordinate resources, schedules, and operational dependencies across projects.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with comfort collaborating in virtual teams and interacting with clients.
Interest or coursework in business, management, technology, or related fields; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
