Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur, responsible for driving new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and reaching out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. The role involves presenting Craaftech Globl’s exhibition, retail, and digital solutions, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored offerings. The Specialist will maintain regular communication with existing clients, provide timely customer service, and track sales activities using CRM or similar tools. The role also requires monitoring industry trends, supporting sales campaigns, and contributing to revenue growth and brand visibility in the region.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify opportunities and understand client needs.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate, and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess market trends, and support strategic decision-making.
Candidates should possess reliable Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in B2B, marketing, or technology-driven solutions.
Ability to work on-site in Kanpur, manage multiple prospects and projects, and meet defined sales targets.
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting; familiarity with exhibition, retail, or digital signage solutions is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
