🚀 We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive (BDE)
Craaftech Globl is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
We work across Exhibition Stall Design & Fabrication, Retail & Store Fit-outs, Digital Signage, Branding, Printing & Turnkey Execution.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
• Identify and research upcoming exhibitions, exhibitors and potential clients
• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels
• Connect with exhibitors and understand their requirements
• Pitch Craaftech Globl’s services and generate business opportunities
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams for client requirements
• Negotiate commercials and work towards closing projects
• Maintain accurate lead, call and follow-up records
• Build long-term relationships with clients
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / business development preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
• Good understanding of sales follow-ups and pipeline management
• Proactive, target-driven and confident personality
• Experience in exhibitions, advertising, fabrication, events or related industries will be an advantage
