Match is a recruiting agency made up of experienced professionals dedicated to helping leading IT and Digital companies find the right talent. We specialize in recruitment for high-risk industries.
We are expanding and looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team!
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms;
• Actively sourcing and headhunting candidates;
• Reaching out to potential candidates proactively;
• Reviewing and filtering CVs accurately;
• Conducting initial interviews via phone or messaging apps;
• Maintaining an up-to-date candidate database throughout all recruitment stages;
• Conducting interviews via Zoom or Google Meet;
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and team leads;
• Preparing reports and tracking key recruitment metrics.
💡 Our Ideal Candidate
• Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting for roles in sales, marketing, or customer service;
• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools and techniques;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Team player with adaptability and a proactive attitude;
• Willingness to grow professionally in the Human Resources field;
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple processes simultaneously;
• Fluent in English.
