Role Description The Outbound Executive - Night Shift - US Process role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajarhat. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients or candidates in the US, following defined scripts and guidelines while maintaining professional communication standards. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, addressing basic inquiries, and escalating complex issues when necessary. The Outbound Executive will document call outcomes, update internal systems, and collaborate with the team to meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction and process efficiency. The position requires adherence to night shift schedules aligned with US time zones and maintaining consistent quality in customer interactions.
Qualifications
Customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, to handle inquiries and provide a positive experience.
Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction through proactive engagement and professional follow-up.
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for outbound calls to international customers.
Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, interpret feedback, and support continuous improvement in processes.
Previous experience in outbound calling, BPO, or US process roles is preferred.
Comfortable working night shifts and on-site in Rajarhat, with reliable attendance and time management.
Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM or call management tools.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is an advantage.
