Role Description The Career Process Associate – Night Shift – US Process will work full time on-site at the Rajarhat office. This role involves supporting candidates through the career process, including understanding their profiles, discussing career paths, and guiding them through application, interview, and onboarding stages. The associate will handle inbound and outbound communication with candidates and clients in the US, provide timely information, and ensure a professional and positive experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, analyzing candidate fit for roles, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering high-quality customer service during night shift hours. The role also requires adherence to company policies, process guidelines, and performance targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Career Counseling and Career Development skills to guide individuals through role selection and growth opportunities.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities, including clear spoken and written English suitable for US-based clients and candidates.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess candidate profiles, match them with suitable roles, and interpret process-related data.
Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills to manage queries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive experience throughout the staffing process.
Comfort with night shift work supporting US processes, with the ability to manage time and workload efficiently.
Basic computer proficiency, including use of CRM or applicant tracking systems, email, and office productivity tools.
Prior experience in staffing, BPO, recruitment, or counseling is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant certifications in counseling or HR are beneficial.
