Role Description The Sales Recruiter – Night Shift – US Process is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajarhat. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for sales positions supporting US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and account management teams to understand role requirements, build talent pipelines, and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions. Daily responsibilities include using job portals and networking platforms, maintaining candidate databases, conducting follow-ups, and providing a positive experience for all applicants. The role requires working during night shift hours aligned with US time zones and meeting defined hiring targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales Recruitment and Hiring for US-based roles.
Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Candidates should possess skills in Account Management, client coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage candidates professionally.
Relevant experience in staffing or recruitment for international (especially US) processes is highly beneficial.
Ability to work night shifts in an on-site environment in Rajarhat and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
