Role Description The Outbound Process Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajarhat. This role involves handling outbound calls and communications to customers or clients, providing accurate information, resolving basic queries, and ensuring a positive service experience. The associate will follow defined process workflows, document interactions in the system, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. Daily responsibilities include maintaining data accuracy, meeting performance and quality targets, and collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to improve outbound processes. The role also requires adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines while representing V Engineering LLC in a professional manner.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally over phone and digital channels.
Analytical skills to understand customer needs, interpret data, and follow process flows accurately.
Knowledge of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations and familiarity with call center or outbound process environments.
Basic understanding of finance-related concepts that may be required for client or customer interactions.
Comfort with computer-based tools, CRM or call center software, and data entry.
Ability to work on-site in Rajarhat and maintain consistent attendance for a full-time schedule.
Strong time management, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Prior experience in outbound calling, customer support, or BPO roles is preferred but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, commerce, or related fields is an advantage.
