About the Role
• We're standing up a development team to build an MVP demonstrating full enterprise ERP-style capability for the public sector.

• Drive engineering execution and unblock the team to hit the MVP demo deadline Set technical standards for code quality, security, and scalability appropriate for a future enterprise government-grade product Evaluate and incorporate AI ML tooling where it strengthens the product or accelerates delivery (nice to have, not required)
• Represent engineering in occasional in-person planning or demo sessions at the preferred coastal hub

• Based anywhere in the continental US but able to work core hours in Pacific Time
• Strong preference for candidates based in or near San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle, with willingness to travel occasionally to that location for in-person work
