What you need to have
3–5 yrs of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React, TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Solid understanding of Micro Frontends architecture and component-driven development.
Experience building and maintaining reusable UI component libraries with Mantine UI and Storybook.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and responsive design best practices.
Experience optimizing applications for performance, with observability tools such as Jaeger.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL in distributed environments.
Experience deploying frontend applications in Kubernetes, using CI/CD pipelines and ArgoCD.
Ability to contribute to architecture decisions, conduct code reviews and mentor other engineers.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, collaborating closely with designers, PMs and QA.
