Scott Humphrey is partnering with a leading national design-build firm to staff their active pipeline of mission-critical data center projects. If you're a PM or SPM with a track record of delivering complex, fast-paced builds, this is a chance to join one of the hottest sectors in commercial construction.
What you'll be doing:
Leading project execution on ground-up data center construction from preconstruction through closeout, working directly with ownership and design teams on some of the most technically demanding projects in the industry today.
What we're looking for:
PM: 5+ years leading commercial/industrial construction, data center experience a plus
Senior PM: 10+ years GC-side project leadership, Advanced Technology/mission-critical experience strongly preferred
Comfortable running a job site day-to-day and managing subs, schedule, and budget at a high level
Compensation & perks:
Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience
Per diem provided
Strong bonus potential tied to project performance
Travel: This role requires travel/relocation to active project sites — if you're not able to travel, this one isn't the right fit, but we'd still love to connect for future opportunities closer to home.
