Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MERN + AI Full Stack Developer to work on a modern TypeScript-based application. The role involves developing new features, resolving application issues, enhancing existing functionality, and maintaining high standards of code quality, security, and test coverage.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with React, NestJS, Node.js, MongoDB, TypeScript, REST APIs, automated testing, and modern authentication frameworks. Experience with AI-assisted development and LangChain-based solutions is particularly relevant.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across React and NestJS applications.
Develop end-to-end features covering backend APIs, MongoDB models, business logic, and React UI components.
Design and maintain REST APIs with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
Enhance existing LangChain-based AI solutions and manage service integrations through APIGEE.
Develop and integrate AI-driven application capabilities using OpenAI and related services.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable campaign management and notification functionality.
Develop and maintain unit and integration test suites using Jest and Supertest.Support automated testing using Cypress where required.
Apply secure development practices aligned with OWASP Top 10 principles.
Follow coding standards using ESLint, Prettier, and npm.
Work effectively within an NX monorepo environment.
Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and Agile ceremonies.
Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor as part of the development workflow.
Resolve production issues by identifying their root causes and supporting lasting fixes.
Required Technical Skills
4+ years of TypeScript / JavaScript development experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience with NestJS, React 18, and MongoDB.
Strong experience with Node.js and modern full-stack application development.
REST APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI.
Jest, mocking, and Supertest.
OAuth2/OIDC and JWT authentication.
Git, ESLint, Prettier, and npm.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with monorepo-based applications.
Mandatory hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
Preferred Technical Skills
LangChain, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agent Development.
NX Monorepo, Okta SDK, and APIGEE.
Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Datadog APM and HashiCorp Vault.
SCSS and component-based UI design.
Cypress and automated testing practices.
Nice to Have
Speech-to-text or transcription platforms.
Enterprise application development.
Financial services domain experience.
SIEM logging and Kubernetes deployment expertise.
AI Experience
AI-assisted development experience is mandatory. Candidates should have practical experience using tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor. Experience with LangChain, Prompt Engineering, AI Agent Development, and OpenAI-based solutions is preferred.
Managerial Experience
The role is primarily hands-on however Senior-level candidates should actively participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and collaborative software development practices.
Operational Experience
Application troubleshooting and defect resolution.
Production-quality software maintenance and support.
Secure software development practices.
Application monitoring and performance support.
Docker/Kubernetes-based application environments.
Partner with Engineering, QA, Product, and Operations teams to support effective solution delivery.
Qualifications
Any Graduate. Preference would be given to Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline graduates.

AWS Certified Developer – Associate
MongoDB Associate Developer Certification
Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
Experience
10–20 years of whole professional experience, with solid appropriate experience in modern full-stack development.
