Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer with 4–9 years of development experience and hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions. The role combines PHP web application development with modern AI-assisted development, client interaction, technical ownership, code quality, testing, security, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to web application development and enhancements.
Build and deploy Agentic AI solutions using appropriate AI tools.
Apply Clean Code, version control, release, and Test Driven Development practices.
Evaluate web frameworks and contribute to technical direction.
Help junior developers improve their skills and take part in code reviews.
Develop using CodeIgniter, Drupal, Laravel, Magento, or related PHP platforms.
Build responsive interfaces using HTML5, CSS/Sass, jQuery, and custom JavaScript.
Develop and consume RESTful back-end services.
Test solutions thoroughly before production deployment and perform strong unit testing.
Estimate effort and manage delivery against Scope, Time, and Budget.
Lead client conversations about programming features.
Raise technical questions and risks early to improve delivery efficiency.
Required Technical Skills
4+ years of development experience.
Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions.
Strong PHP development experience.
Experience with Claude Code, Google Antigravity, Cursor, or Microsoft Visual Studio Copilot.
Proficiency in one core PHP codebase such as CodeIgniter, Drupal, Laravel, or Magento.
Working knowledge of an additional PHP framework/platform such as Magento, Laravel, Yii, or WordPress.
Git including commit, push, pull, branching, and merging.
Staging and production deployments.
Responsive web development and media queries.
HTML5, CSS/Sass, jQuery, and custom JavaScript.
RESTful back-end services.
Unit testing, TDD, BDD, and debugging.
Basic cryptographic knowledge.
LAMP Server / Linux / Windows.
Third-party controls integration.
Payment gateway integration.
Preferred Skills
System engineering and architectural skills.
UI/UX awareness.
Modern web technologies and frameworks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong client-facing communication.
AI Experience
AI experience is mandatory. Candidates must have hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions and using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Google Antigravity, Cursor, or Microsoft Visual Studio Copilot.
Managerial Experience
Formal people management is not required. The role includes mentoring junior developers, contributing to technical direction, and leading client-facing technical discussions.

Staging and production deployments.
Application troubleshooting and debugging.
Unit testing and quality assurance.
Git-based development and release workflows.
Third-party and payment gateway integrations.
Client-facing technical communication.

Qualifications
MCA / Master of Computer Science, BE / B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related technical qualification.
Certifications
Preferred, But Not Mandatory
PHP 8 Developer Certification or equivalent PHP certification
AWS Certified Developer – Associate
Recognized Generative AI / AI Engineering certification
Experience
4–9 years of professional development experience, including strong PHP and web application development experience.
