Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Social Media Manager will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms to build brand awareness, generate engagement, and support lead generation. Responsibilities include developing and implementing content strategies, creating and editing posts, managing social media calendars, and monitoring performance metrics and analytics. The role involves community management, responding to comments and messages, coordinating with marketing, product, and design teams, and ensuring brand consistency in all social channels. The Social Media Manager will stay current on social media trends and platform updates to continuously improve Intelense’s online presence.
Qualifications
Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills to manage campaigns and grow audience engagement.
Ability to develop and execute content strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
Excellent writing and communication skills for clear, compelling, and inclusive social content.
Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Familiarity with AI, technology, or B2B marketing environments is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
