Role Description The Founder's Office Intern will support strategic and operational initiatives directly with the founding team in a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitive research, preparing presentations and reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making across product, operations, and business development. The intern will help coordinate cross-functional projects, track key metrics, and assist in designing processes to improve efficiency and execution. Additional tasks may involve drafting communication materials, documenting meeting outcomes, and contributing to strategic planning and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, documentation tools, project management platforms).
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise documents, briefs, and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
Interest in AI, data analytics, robotics, and IoT, with a willingness to learn about Intelense’s products and underlying technologies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment alongside senior leadership.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, data science, computer science, or a related field.
Previous internship or project experience in strategy, operations, product, or consulting is an advantage but not required.
