As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for:
Prepare, review, and send client invoices, ensuring billing information is accurate and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Maintain accurate billing records, account information, documentation, and historical records to support ongoing research and account inquiries.
Review new home closings, community phases, budgets, and billing rules to determine the appropriate units and assessments to bill.
Upload and maintain new unit, property, and account information in a timely and accurate manner.
Review legal agreements, DRE budgets, public reports, and sequence sheets to verify phase information and billing requirements.
Process billing adjustments, additional billing items, and developer assessment payments, ensuring accounts are accurately updated.
Review aging reports, follow up with clients regarding delinquent balances, and professionally address billing and payment inquiries.
Monitor phase closeouts and assessment changes, ensuring homeowners and internal teams receive timely and accurate notifications.
Collaborate with internal departments and support senior billing specialists to ensure smooth and accurate billing operations.
Participate in special projects and additional billing-related assignments as needed to support the Accounts Receivable team.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday
Regular: Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST
Daylight saving: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST
This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

Minimum Requirements

Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed
1–2 years of experience in an AP/AR
Strong English skills, both written and verbal, with professional communication abilities.
Proficiency with Excel
