Role Description The Merchandiser at Naukripay group is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves planning and managing product assortments, ensuring accurate and appealing product displays, and maintaining stock levels across retail locations. The Merchandiser collaborates with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional activities, monitor product performance, and adjust merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement. Daily tasks include coordinating with suppliers, tracking inventory, preparing reports on sales trends, and ensuring that visual merchandising aligns with brand standards. The role also requires regular store visits to audit displays, gather customer insights, and support frontline staff in delivering a consistent shopping experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and retail staff, and to present merchandising plans clearly.
Customer Service and Retail experience to understand shopper behavior, store operations, and on-the-floor execution of merchandising standards.
Sales and Marketing skills to support promotions, analyze product performance, and develop strategies that drive revenue and brand visibility.
Relevant experience in merchandising, retail operations, or FMCG/consumer goods sectors is preferred.
Ability to analyze sales data, manage inventory, and use basic office and retail software tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site across multiple store locations in Noida.
Educational background in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
