Role Description The Senior Strategy Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance Esse India’s immigration and visa consulting services, with a focus on Canada-related offerings. This full-time, on-site role in Abroad involves analyzing market trends, optimizing service delivery models, and advising leadership on business growth opportunities. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine client engagement processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with relevant immigration guidelines. Daily tasks include conducting data-driven assessments, preparing strategic reports and presentations, mentoring junior consultants, and supporting key client interactions with structured, insight-driven recommendations. The role requires close coordination with management to shape long-term business strategy while maintaining a strong client-centric approach.
