Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and HR database maintenance, in a fast-paced education technology environment. Responsibilities include supporting employee lifecycle processes, coordinating recruitment activities, handling employee queries, and assisting with performance management and appraisal cycles. The role involves implementing and communicating HR policies, helping to drive engagement initiatives, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and smooth HR workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills to oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle and support organizational objectives.
Experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, HR documentation, payroll coordination support, and HRIS or HR software tools.
Competence in Employee Relations to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and foster an inclusive, trust-based environment.
Ability to interpret, implement, and improve HR Policies in alignment with local regulations and company standards.
Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a structured approach to handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
Prior experience in the education, counseling, or EdTech sector is an advantage.
