Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Payroll Manager (Singapore) at Asia Payroll Hub. The Payroll Manager will oversee end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore-based employees, including data validation, calculation of wages, overtime, and statutory contributions, and timely payroll submission. The role includes managing payroll taxes, garnishments, and employee benefits, ensuring strict compliance with Singapore regulations and company policies. The Payroll Manager will respond to employee payroll queries, collaborate with HR and Finance on reconciliations and reporting, and maintain accurate payroll records and documentation. The individual will also support audits, contribute to process improvements, and help implement best practices in payroll operations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management, with experience handling Singapore payroll cycles and statutory requirements.
Proficiency in managing Garnishments and Payroll Taxes, including CPF, IRAS filings, and other mandatory contributions.
Experience administering Employee Benefits, such as leave entitlements, insurance, and other compensation components.
Solid knowledge of Singapore employment law, payroll regulations, and HR compliance standards.
Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reconciliation.
Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field; professional payroll certification is an advantage.
Prior experience in a payroll outsourcing or shared services environment is beneficial.
