Role Description This full-time remote role as Human Resource System Support (Indonesia) focuses on supporting clients in the effective use of HRIS and payroll systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and updating employee data in HRIS, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with internal and client teams to resolve HRIS-related inquiries. The role involves assisting with the configuration of HR workflows, supporting employee benefits administration within the system, and ensuring HR and payroll processes align with local regulations and company policies. The position also includes analyzing HR and payroll data for accuracy, identifying process improvements, and providing user training and documentation to enhance system adoption and performance.
Qualifications
Strong Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) skills, including system configuration, data management, and user support.
Solid Human Resources (HR) knowledge, with experience in core HR processes and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
Understanding of Employee Benefits, including enrollment, administration, and system-based tracking.
Analytical Skills to interpret HR and payroll data, identify discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.
Business Process awareness, with the ability to map, document, and optimize HR and payroll workflows.
Relevant experience in payroll or HR operations, preferably within an outsourcing or shared services environment.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and HR-related software tools; familiarity with data security and confidentiality best practices.
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English.
