Role Description The HRIS (Indonesia) role is a full-time remote position responsible for managing and optimizing HRIS platforms for clients operating in Indonesia. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate employee data, configuring HRIS workflows, and ensuring system alignment with Indonesian HR and payroll requirements. The role involves supporting employee benefits administration, troubleshooting HRIS issues, and collaborating with internal and client teams to improve business processes. The HRIS specialist will also analyze data for reporting, assist with system upgrades, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR and payroll operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) skills, with experience in HRIS configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Candidates should possess Human Resources (HR) and Employee Benefits knowledge, including exposure to Indonesian HR regulations and payroll practices.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills and Business Process understanding to interpret data, optimize workflows, and support operational improvements.
Relevant experience in payroll or HR outsourcing, shared services, or HR operations in Indonesia is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and clear written and verbal communication skills are required.
Experience with data privacy, compliance, and secure handling of employee information is an advantage.
