Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an HRIS Support (Indonesia) professional at Asia Payroll Hub. The role involves providing day-to-day support for HRIS users, including troubleshooting system issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The HRIS Support specialist will assist in configuring and updating HRIS modules, supporting payroll and HR processes, and coordinating with internal teams and clients to address system-related inquiries. Responsibilities also include documenting processes, generating standard reports, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR and payroll workflows for Indonesia-based employees and clients.
Qualifications
Strong Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) skills, with experience supporting or administering HR technology platforms.
Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) processes, including payroll workflows and basic Employee Benefits management.
Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions.
Ability to analyze and improve Business Process related to HR and payroll operations.
Relevant experience in HRIS support or HR operations, preferably within Indonesia and familiar with local regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for data handling and reporting.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is preferred.
