Role Description This full-time remote Payroll Executive (Indonesia) role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for Indonesian clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and validating payroll data, calculating wages, overtime, benefits, and statutory deductions, and preparing payroll reports and payslips. The Payroll Executive will handle inquiries from clients and employees, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clear communication regarding payroll issues and timelines. The role also involves staying current with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations, supporting audits and reconciliations, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and enhance service quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing, including experience with Indonesian payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
Candidates should possess solid Payroll Management skills, with the ability to oversee end-to-end payroll cycles, ensure accuracy, and manage deadlines for multiple clients.
Candidates should possess a good foundation in Finance, including basic accounting principles, reconciliation, and understanding of tax implications related to payroll.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams, and explain payroll matters clearly.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field are preferred.
Experience using payroll software and HRIS systems, along with strong Excel skills and attention to detail, will be beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage confidential information responsibly, and adapt to changing regulations and client needs is important.
