Visual Ui/Ux designer

Role Description The Visual UI/UX Designer will design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for AImploy’s web and mobile products, ensuring a seamless experience for recruiters and candidates. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, building interactive prototypes, defining design systems, and collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.
Qualifications
Strong skills in user interface and visual design, including layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
Experience in user experience design, including user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
Ability to conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and maintaining consistent design standards.
Comfort collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams in an agile development environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
Prior experience designing B2B or SaaS products; experience in HR tech or AI-driven platforms is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including problem framing and measurable outcomes.
