Role Description This remote internship role for a UI UX Developer involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to create user-centered interfaces for AImploy’s AI-powered recruitment platform. Day-to-day tasks include designing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components, as well as refining user flows for web and mobile experiences. The intern will conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and accessibility. Additional responsibilities include implementing front-end layouts, supporting design system maintenance, and documenting design decisions to ensure consistent user experiences. This is a learning-focused internship with mentorship and opportunities to build a strong portfolio in the AI and HR tech space.
Qualifications
Foundational skills in UI and UX design, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating responsive layouts.
Experience or coursework in front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with modern UI frameworks is beneficial.
Ability to conduct basic user research, interpret analytics or feedback, and apply insights to improve designs.
Proficiency with common design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms).
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Interest in AI-driven products and the recruitment or HR tech domain is a plus.
