Client Liaison & Interior Designer

Role Description
We are seeking a creative, client-focused, and detail-oriented Client Liaison & Interior Designer to manage client communication while supporting the development and execution of interior design projects. The role combines design expertise with strong relationship management to ensure client requirements are understood, translated into effective design solutions, and delivered according to project objectives.
Key responsibilities include communicating with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, budgets, and expectations. You will develop interior design concepts, space planning proposals, mood boards, material selections, furniture layouts, presentations, and design drawings that align with client needs and project specifications.
The role also involves presenting design concepts to clients, gathering feedback, coordinating revisions, and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to coordinate design details, materials, schedules, and project requirements.
You will assist with site coordination, review project progress, resolve design-related issues, maintain project documentation, and ensure design quality and consistency. Strong client service, communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills are essential for delivering successful interior design projects and maintaining positive client relationships.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
Creative mindset with strong visual, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization software, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
Ability to present design concepts clearly and professionally.
Strong attention to detail and ability to understand and translate client requirements into practical design solutions.
Good understanding of design documentation, project coordination, and basic construction processes.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional, proactive, adaptable, and customer-oriented attitude.
