About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Marketing to lead and drive marketing initiatives for Aatmanirbhar Urja Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Solar Module Manufacturing industry and a proven track record in B2B marketing, brand development, market expansion, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company business objectives.
Drive B2B marketing initiatives for solar modules and renewable energy products.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Develop and strengthen the company's brand presence across relevant markets.
Plan and execute digital marketing, social media, content marketing, exhibitions, events, and industry campaigns.
Work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
Develop marketing communication, product presentations, brochures, company profiles, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent product positioning and communication.
Build relationships with customers, channel partners, industry stakeholders, consultants, and other relevant business networks.
Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports on campaigns, leads, market activities, and ROI.
Identify new market segments and develop strategies for market penetration and expansion.
Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners wherever required.
Stay updated with developments in the solar module and renewable energy industry.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
10–15 years of relevant experience in Marketing.
Mandatory: Experience in Solar Module Manufacturing / Solar Manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of the solar and renewable energy market.
Experience in B2B marketing and industrial marketing will be preferred.
Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing initiatives.
