Job Summary
Shift Schedule: 2nd Shift (8 hours)
The Kitting Supervisor will assist the Kitting Manager in all aspects of kitting and hand assembly.
Supervise and coordinate daily kitting activities to ensure timely and accurate assembly of kits.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of assemblers to achieve production goals.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure availability of materials.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Inspect completed kits for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
Develop and maintain kitting schedules in alignment with production timelines.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance kitting efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
Critical Skills & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or warehousing environment.
Strong knowledge of kitting processes and inventory management systems.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using software tools for tracking and reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive movements.
Ability to safely work around moving machinery and production equipment.
Ability to maintain visual attention to detail and product quality.
