Shift Schedule: 1st shift, M-F (6AM-2:30PM).
Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
Job Summary
The Kitting Manager leads all aspects of the kitting process, ensuring timely, accurate assembly and packaging of materials to support production goals.
Oversee the entire kitting process, ensuring timely execution and quality control
Manage inventory levels for kitting materials and ensure accurate stock availability
Coordinate with procurement and production teams to meet project requirements
Train, supervise, and evaluate kitting staff to ensure high performance
Monitor and analyze kitting performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safe working environment
Requirements
Proven experience in kitting, warehousing, or assembly operations management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
Proficient in inventory management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve processes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration
