Sales Leader / Head – Premium Real Estate Project
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to drive sales operations for our upcoming Premium Residential project in Kakkanad, Kochi.
Experience: 15+ years overall, with a minimum of 10 years in real estate
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive overall sales operations and strategy
Build, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve targets
Develop strong client relationships and drive conversions
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform strategy
Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of project sales targets
Key Requirements
Qualification: Minimum graduation
