About Signature Dwellings

As we expand into Kochi, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our brand and marketing efforts in the region.
About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you will own the planning and execution of our marketing initiatives - from brand campaigns and digital marketing to project launches and on-ground activations. You'll work closely with creative agencies, media partners and the sales team to build awareness, generate quality leads and strengthen the Signature Dwellings brand.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute integrated marketing and branding campaigns across digital, print, outdoor and on-ground channels
Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners and vendors to deliver campaigns on time and to brief
Manage digital marketing, including social media, performance campaigns and lead generation
Plan and oversee outdoor advertising (hoardings, site branding) and promotional activities
Plan and coordinate property launches, events, site activations and brand experiences
Monitor campaign performance, track leads and ROI, and report insights to management
Manage marketing budgets, timelines and deadlines across multiple projects
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activity with sales goals
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of independently driving multiple campaigns
Strong communication, coordination and vendor management skills
Hands-on understanding of digital marketing, ATL/BTL and outdoor advertising
Experience managing budgets and measuring campaign performance
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Experience in real estate marketing is strongly preferred
Familiarity with the Kerala/Kochi market and Malayalam proficiency is a plus
