Job Title: Area Visual Merchandiser Head
Reports To: Zonal VM and Area Head

Role and Responsibilities
Manage VM budgets, ensure timely expense closure, and review financials monthly.
Lead initiatives to enhance business through displays, trend zones, and windows.
Ensure high-quality, timely displays with ratings above 4, and drive regional initiatives monthly.
Roll out four model store plans monthly, publish monthly reports and ratings, and oversee timely new store openings.
Conduct monthly training sessions for Area Controllers and AVMs and prepare UVMs for professional growth.
Regularly review VM operations, activity, and campaign ratings, and ensure vendor performance aligns with standards.
Foster consistency in product presentations across zones, maintaining quality and adherence to MDM standards.
Select and develop three new vendors each quarter, focusing on quality, innovation, price, and delivery.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Fashion Technology / Design
Graduate in Fine Arts/NIFT/ PEARL/ NID preferred
