Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic leadership and operational direction for Esse India, ensuring sustainable growth and high standards of service in Canada immigration and visa consulting. This full-time, on-site role based in Abroad involves setting long-term business goals, overseeing financial performance, and managing day-to-day operations across departments. The CEO will drive business development and sales initiatives, build and maintain key partnerships, and ensure regulatory compliance within the immigration consulting sector. Responsibilities include leading senior leadership teams, monitoring service quality, optimizing internal processes, and fostering a culture of client-centricity and ethical practice. The CEO will also represent the organization in external forums, guide expansion plans, and make data-driven decisions to support the company’s strategic direction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Strategic Planning and Business Planning skills to define vision, growth strategies, and long-term organizational goals.
Candidates should possess robust Operations Management skills to oversee processes, service delivery, and cross-functional coordination.

Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
