About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in advancing our artificial intelligence capabilities, focusing on developing, optimizing, and deploying sophisticated AI models that enhance our service offerings and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, the AI Engineer will also assume leadership responsibilities, guiding a small team of AI specialists and researchers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for innovation, a collaborative mindset, and a track record of delivering impactful AI solutions. This position involves working closely with product development and research teams to identify opportunities for AI integration, ensuring our services remain cutting-edge and competitive. Importantly, this role does not require any travel, allowing for a focused and stable work environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence development, demonstrating proficiency in designing and deploying AI models in real-world applications. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is required, with advanced degrees considered a plus. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, along with experience in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, are essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to research, and the ability to lead and motivate a small team are critical attributes for success in this role.
