Business Development Specialist
Remote
100% Commissions
The Business Development Specialist creates the front end of the deal pipeline. You will identify companies and decision-makers that match defined priorities, initiate conversations, and convert early interest into qualified meetings for a senior advisory team.
Your mandate Build consistent, measurable pipeline activity across selected industries and middle-market segments.
What you will do
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using public, proprietary, and referral sources
Execute structured outbound campaigns across phone, email, and professional networks
Test messages by sector, owner profile, transaction need, and market condition
Qualify company profile, strategic intent, timing, and access to decision-makers
Schedule well-prepared meetings and provide useful context before each introduction
Manage activity and opportunity stages accurately in the CRM
What you bring
You are organized, persistent, and comfortable creating conversations from a cold start. You know how to research before reaching out, handle rejection without losing pace, and distinguish a real opportunity from polite interest.
A record of creating or converting revenue in a consultative B2B environment
Executive-level communication, sound judgment, and respect for confidentiality
Comfort with self-generated activity, variable income, and measurable accountability
Reliable technology, a professional remote workspace, and eligibility to provide services in the United States
Compensation and working model
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity with no base salary, draw, or guaranteed earnings. Successful producers may earn approximately $100,000 to $250,000+ annually, with uncapped upside; actual earnings depend on individual results, deal timing, commission terms, and collected revenue. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, benefits, expenses, and compliance obligations. Full commission details are provided in the written contractor agreement.
