Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support staffing efforts for a dynamic organization in South Carolina. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple searches while maintaining a strong candidate experience. The right person will bring a proactive approach to talent acquisition and a track record of identifying experienced professionals across a range of business functions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from talent identification through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient staffing process.
• Build targeted sourcing plans to attract candidates for technical, business support, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate positions.
• Conduct candidate evaluations, coordinate interviews, and present well-matched talent to hiring managers for consideration.
• Manage a high-volume requisition load while balancing speed, quality, and consistent communication throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, market challenges, and role-specific requirements.
• Negotiate employment offers and help guide candidates through final stages of the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Focus recruiting efforts on talent within automotive, manufacturing, engineering, energy, utilities, aerospace, and other industrial environments.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency staffing environment.
Demonstrated success recruiting for engineering and skilled trades positions.
Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying passive candidates.
Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
