Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mathematiklehrer (Mathematics Teacher) at Open Standard. The role involves planning and delivering engaging mathematics lessons that align with established curricula and learning objectives. Day-to-day tasks include preparing instructional materials, teaching online classes, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will adapt content to different learning levels, use digital tools to support instruction, and collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and educational initiatives. The role also includes participating in meetings, professional development activities, and continuous improvement of teaching practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Mathematics and Mathematics Education.
Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development.
Candidates should be a Qualified Teacher with relevant teaching certification or licensure.
Candidates should have experience with online teaching platforms and digital educational tools.
Candidates should demonstrate clear communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way.
Candidates should show commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching and ongoing professional development.
A degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field is preferred.
