Role Description The VP of Organizational Effectiveness is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and leading strategies that improve how the organization operates and how people collaborate. This role oversees the development and implementation of frameworks for performance management, organizational design, and change management that align with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with senior leadership to assess organizational health, identifying gaps in structure or processes, and recommending solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience. The VP will lead cross-functional initiatives to standardize practices, streamline workflows, and optimize the use of systems and data to support decision-making. This role also mentors leaders at all levels, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to manage change, develop talent, and sustain high-performing teams in a remote environment.
Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies skills, including experience shaping organization-wide policies that support effectiveness and compliance.
Employee Relations and Employee Benefits skills, with the ability to design fair, engaging, and sustainable programs that enhance employee experience.
Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) skills, including selecting, implementing, or optimizing systems to support data-driven workforce decisions.
Demonstrated experience in organizational design, change management, and performance management in complex or growing organizations.
Proven ability to build trust with senior leaders, influence without authority, and lead cross-functional initiatives in a remote environment.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical solutions.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to lead discussions, workshops, and trainings for diverse audiences.
Relevant advanced degree (e.g., HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field) or equivalent experience in organizational effectiveness leadership roles.
