Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract top-tier talent.
Design and execute effective employee onboarding and retention programs.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
Partner with senior management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
Analyse HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure HR practices remain innovative and competitive.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
