Responsibilities:
Lead and develop data science solutions to solve complex business problems.
Formulate business problems into data science problems.
Work cross-functionally with business and engineering teams to drive data science initiatives.
Define the right quality metrics for ML models and optimize them.
Mentor and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or above in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or in a quantitative field with a research bent of mind, and have a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
Understanding of modern Machine learning techniques, mathematical underpinnings, and experience in using different machine learning frameworks (sci-kit-learn, Keras, TF Spark, MLlib, etc).
Experience in using distributed computing platforms.
Strong programming skills (preferably in Python, Scala, etc).
Experience in driving large-scale machine learning learning problems end-to-end.
