About the Team
The Strategic Partnerships team at Navi works with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions, to secure capital and funds & to establish tech backed strategic partnerships essential for driving the Lending business. Their efforts ensure that the business has the financial resources needed to support and expand Navi's lending offerings, ensuring smooth operations and sustainable growth.
About the Role
As part of this team, you will drive operational excellence, ensuring seamless execution, reporting accuracy, and partner trust. This role is at the intersection of business, operations, and technology, offering a unique opportunity to shape how Navi scales its lending partnerships while maintaining speed, compliance, and efficiency.
You’ll work cross-functionally to enable high-impact outcomes, support strategic fundraising initiatives, and build scalable processes for growth.
What We Expect From You
Own end-to-end partnership ops: invoicing, reconciliation, DLG validation, and escrow management; ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth partner coordination.
Playing a key role in stakeholder management (both internal & external).
Manage lender due diligence, liaise with cross functional stakeholders to problem solve, execute and automate tasks related to co-lending ops
Leverage the latest tech to streamline and automate day to day ops.
Must Haves
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
Knowledge of writing simple analytical queries, automation and process streamlining
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative management style
High attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
