About the Team
The Secured Loans team at Navi builds simple, fast, and transparent lending solutions backed by property. The team works across Product, Risk, Technology, Finance, Operations, and external partners to deliver strategic initiatives, strengthen governance, and scale the business. Program management is central to translating business priorities into timely, measurable outcomes.
About the Role
As Program Manager – Secured Loans, you will drive the planning, governance, and execution of high-impact initiatives across the Secured Loans business. You will establish project-management mechanisms, track milestones and budgets, and ensure risks are identified and resolved early.
You will partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors, oversee invoice processing and financial reconciliations, and manage purchased-book data along with compliance and regulatory data requests. If a problem appears, you jump in—whether that means unblocking a vendor, reconciling a budget gap, or escalating a delivery risk.
Your goal is clear: deliver programs on time, within scope, and on budget, and keep senior leadership informed with clear, regular status updates.
Key Responsibilities
Program & governance execution. Develop and maintain project management processes, tools, and documentation for Secured Loans initiatives to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Milestone & financial tracking. Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets; oversee end-to-end invoice processing and financial reconciliations.
Stakeholder & vendor interface. Partner with key stakeholders to align on project objectives, serve as the operational interface for external vendors, and present regular status reports to senior management.
Risk & data management. Identify and escalate project risks or issues promptly; oversee purchased-book data management and handle compliance and regulatory data requests.
Cross-functional operations. Manage ad-hoc requests and coordinate initiatives across Risk, Tech, Finance, and Product teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in project management within financial services (Secured Loans experience preferred).
Technical & methodological mastery: Strong command of project management methodologies and proficiency in project management software tools.
Ownership: Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive accountability across teams, and deliver with attention to detail.
Analytical & operational skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data governance capabilities within fast-paced environments.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to drive cross-team collaboration and report to senior leadership.
