Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and inform decision-making.
Experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
Excellent Communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in understanding and optimizing Business Processes, including mapping workflows and recommending improvements.
Ability to capture and manage Business Requirements, translating them into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools) is beneficial.
Experience working in tech-enabled or platform businesses, preferably in job marketplaces or HR technology, is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage priorities, and deliver results within deadlines.
