Principal Delivery Architect

About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Delivery Architect to own end-to-end software delivery for enterprise clients. You will lead a small team of BA, Developers and QA, work closely with clients, and use our AI-native delivery framework to deliver high-quality software outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise client projects.
Lead and manage a small team of BA, Developers and QA.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
Plan timelines, track progress and ensure quality delivery.
Review and guide both human and AI-generated work.
Handle client expectations, issues and escalations.
Ensure proper documentation, auditability and compliance.
Work closely with engineering/platform teams to improve the AI delivery framework.
Track delivery metrics such as velocity, cost and quality.
Identify opportunities for project expansion and renewals.
Requirements
8+ years of software engineering / delivery experience.
Strong experience in IT services / professional services / enterprise software delivery.
Experience leading delivery teams across BA, Development and QA.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
Hands-on technical understanding of software development and SDLC.
Working knowledge of Python and/or TypeScript.
Experience with AI coding/agentic tools such as Claude Code or equivalent.
Good understanding of cloud architecture, preferably AWS.
Familiarity with Jira, GitHub and delivery tracking tools.
Understanding of security, compliance and audit requirements.
Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences or BFSI is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, communication and delivery ownership skills.
Ideal Candidate
A hands-on technology delivery leader who can manage enterprise clients, lead a small technical team, understand software deeply, and drive projects from requirements through production.
