Chartered Accountant

A high-ownership role working directly with the Group CEO on strategy, financial analysis, investor and client engagement, and internal coordination across Group businesses.
## Key Responsibilities
- Group strategy and modelling: Support the Group CEO on strategic planning across the Group's businesses. Build and maintain the group-level strategic and financial model.
- Internal strategy presentations: Prepare presentations for strategy reviews, board discussions and leadership meetings.
- Strategic stakeholder outreach: Identify, reach out to and manage relationships with potential clients, investors and partners. Coordinate meetings and follow-ups.
- Corporate presentation: Own the Group corporate presentation and keep it current with track record, mandates and positioning.
- Financial modelling: Build detailed financial models (three-statement, DCF, project finance, scenario analysis) for new businesses, investments and transactions.
- MIS and information management: Coordinate with internal teams to maintain MIS, performance dashboards and information logs. Track action items from CEO reviews through to closure.
- Project financing: Support project financing for Avener Green's renewable energy projects, working with lenders and internal teams on structuring and execution.
## Requirements
- CA or MBA (Finance) from a top-tier institute; CFA is a plus.
- 2 to 3 years in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting or corporate development.
- Exposure to infrastructure, energy or financial services preferred.
- Strong financial modelling, PowerPoint and business writing skills.
- Comfortable engaging with senior clients, investors and promoters.
- High integrity and discretion with confidential information, including strict adherence to information barriers between Group businesses.
