About the Role
Lead and manage FEA/Structural Dynamics projects from quotation to delivery, overseeing project teams, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality, timely execution of advanced simulation projects.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage FEA/Structural Dynamics projects from quotation to delivery.
Assign, mentor, and oversee project teams to ensure quality and timely execution.
Coordinate with clients, sales, and accounts teams for project planning, quotations, invoicing, and milestone tracking.
Perform and review advanced FEA simulations including:
Vibration Analysis
Structural Dynamics
Linear & Non-Linear Static Analysis
Dynamic Analysis
Contact Analysis
Acoustic Analysis
Interpret simulation results and provide engineering recommendations for design optimization and structural integrity.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ASCE, AISC, and relevant engineering codes.
Drive technical hiring, team development, training initiatives, and research for new simulation methodologies.
Support strategic business growth and expansion into new engineering domains.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Structural, Aerospace, or related Engineering discipline.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Structural Dynamics.
Hands-on experience with ANSYS, FEMAP, NASTRAN, or equivalent FEA tools.
Proven experience in vibration, fatigue, dynamic response, and structural integrity assessments.
Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, physics, and manufacturing considerations.
Experience leading engineering teams, managing client interactions, and delivering complex simulation projects.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.
